Please do not hesitate to contact for any query. Customer order is a confirmation of the agreement with this document.
Before any order of a project is paid, Customer is obliged to study the technical description & web server requirements as well as any assignment provided by elegantxmods.com and electronic communication such as email. Any paid order automatically confirms that the technical assignment is made according to Customer requests.
Refund
Customer can get a refund for any listed addon, modification. However, Customer is charged a fee for cancellation of order.
If Customer requests refund before the any authorised engineer enters on a an order/ project, order cancellation will cost 26% (twenty six percent) of the general cost of the order/ project. The rest part (74% - seventy four percent) will be refunded. If Customer requests refund after any authorised engineer enters on an order/ project, order cancellation will be calculated depending on the amount of work completed.
Delivery for intangible goods
Web site elegantxmods.com provides only intangible goods and the online delievery can be arranged via FTP, sFTP, Email or installation on a live site if agreed with the any authorised engineer of elegantxmods.com
Backups & responsibility
An engineer of elegantxmods.com is not responsible for compatibility of its products with any other software or its versions except for the ones mentioned on the page of the product. Backups are provided on demand and not stored on our end.
